@embr I don't think small players are going to be really impacted? like... big companies are gonna have to comply, but small individual run websites won't? so it's not really a loss imo

@embr they won't *have* to? as long as nobody comes to you and says "hey that's copyrighted material" you're in no danger if i understand correctly? like supposedly they can automatically prosecute twitter and github and whatever but good luck for them if they try to attack individual websites for comment sections or mastodon instances, yknow...
